Overview of miCoach app from Adidas

Today I finally managed to test the application for iPhone miCoach by Adidas. Digging in the settings on the website, I had forgotten that changed in the settings of your profile language from English to Russian. Therefore, the voice of the girl, notify me about the distance traveled in Russian a bit baffled.
If, in general, the application I really liked it. But best of all miCoach works in conjunction with the other mobile gadgets for running, which have turned out to be quite a lot of Adidas.
If there is a heart rate monitor and a sensor for sneakers The Speed Cell in addition to the standard information (while jogging, route map, distance, speed, calories burned, and the change in lift), and you get more change in the pulse rate and the number of steps.
Charts are based on the obtained active during exercise. In the screenshot example of a plot constructed on the basis of my tempo run during jogging (scale x - time scale in - running pace).
Down in the "Overlays" you can select additional options (frequency steps and lifting).

In the section "Exchange of information", you can set up an automatic post workout results, new goals and personal records in FB, Twitter and miCoach.
Under "Plans", you can choose a training in different sports (tennis, running, football, basketball, training for women, and others.)
You can also keep your training calendar and receive e-mail reminders that today you have a scheduled training session is scheduled.
Plus, you can print your calendar, or export it to any calendar that supports the iCalendar format.
Is there an interesting option for trainers, wards are scattered across remote locations from each other.
