I'd like to tell you that I have not given up a run, I'm not tired (strangely enough) and even had a desire to achieve more. I just strongly rubbed his leg, so now I'm not very comfortable to walk and run about even scary to think. Therefore, I take advantage of a break in its running activities and introduce you to Konstantin Bojko - head coach Cross-country Marathon Club Kiev.
Constantine answered a few questions about how long it has been running, it uses Does mobile gadgets or special programs for running and gave an answer to a question that for me personally still remains unanswered - exactly when he realized that he likes running and that at the same time felt!
IN: How long have you been running?
ABOUT: Running started April 4, 2008. I remember very well this date, the first run, the first 10 km. After that, three days went as a compass.
IN: When and how did you realize that running - this is your sport (when I woke up the passion)? Me, this question is particularly concerned, as the main theme of the subproject is not so much just running, how about the fact whether any hot feeling on the 5th attempt.
ABOUT: About the fact that running is my view of the 100 not sure until now, it is not known what will be in 5 years, for example. Before that I was engaged in various types, including and team (volleyball, soccer), but the main successes and achievements I have associated with running. So to say "sucked" after the third run when really started to enjoy the feeling of flight and speed.
IN: Do you use some kind of mobile gadgets and programs during training?
ABOUT: The only gadget I - a watch with a stopwatch Casio. We strongly recommend starting to run with music in the ears - at least it's not safe.
IN: In any event you attended?
ABOUT: For three years there were a lot of different starts, including 8 marathons, world championship in mountain running. But the main and most interesting course ultramarathon «Des Sables» - 260 km on the sands of the Sahara desert.
IN: What do you think of when you're running a marathon?
ABOUT: I think first of all about running a time of each kilometer, sometimes I switch to the surrounding landscape, spectators and opponents reaction.
IN: What advice would you give to beginners?
ABOUT: Beginners. As the ancients said - hurry slowly and remember that a run - is not the goal for today and tomorrow, running - it's for life.
For more information on running techniques, safety rules, the warm-up and psychological aspects, because of which beginners often drop jogging, I ask Constantine personally, when I get on one of the running training club.
And soon it will be a short interview with our blog Mikhail Ivanov - the head of the publishing house "Mann, Ivanov and Ferber", which is also an experienced runner.
