Unfortunately, I could not stick to his post at the beginning, because I came down with a sore throat. But I think that a month - it is also a decent time to track changes.
Training
Fasting - this kind of diet: for seven weeks you need to eat according to certain rules. I knew that from the diet will have to exclude meat, eggs and dairy products. Twice in the post you can eat fish and once - eggs. I'm not a lover of steaks and chops, so I can completely abandon all meat and fish, and for a longer period, but without yogurt, cheese and eggs is my life, lose the old paint. So I thought until I found out that one limitation product post is complete. It turned out that on certain days must eat a certain way.

First week

third week

The fourth week was very intense. I was always hungryI could not cope with the emotions and very nervous. In the middle of the week I went on business to another city and just. On Saturday I decided to try to starve. Naturally, all the smell of food, I could not resist and ate a couple of Khlebtsov. It was in the afternoon, the rest of the float. All day I was doing something and went early to wake up and stop this whole nightmare.
Also at the end of the week I re-passed on biochemical analysis of blood. Familiar therapist said that the results are normal, except for the indicator in serum urea. It is not dangerous and is easily restored if the meat back into the diet.
