Recipe: Mojito in a slice of lime

Summer - time for the hot parties. And if you're not in the bar, while they themselves are inviting guests, someone will have the whole evening to perform the role of the bartender and make cocktails. On the boundless spaces of the web I came across an interesting and, most importantly, delicious alternative solutions is a problem - a mojito jelly slice of lime!
You have to spend a little time at the beginning, but at the very party you will be able to relax and not worry that someone did not have a glass with a cocktail;) So, how to make a mojito in the lobules?
Ingredients: 1 cup water 1 cup of sugar, 3/4 cup of lime or lemon juice 1 cup white rum, 40 g of gelatin and 3 sprigs mint.
Preparation. In a small saucepan, combine the water and sugar, bring to a boil and wait until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and add gelatin. When it has dissolved, add the lime juice or lemon juice and two sprigs of mint leaves. Let the mixture cool down and soak it with its mint flavor.
Until the mixture cools, prepare the jelly "dishes" - thoroughly clean with a sharp knife cut in half limes, which were used to extract juice from the pulp. Then pull the mint, finely cut leaves with the third sprigs of mint and add to the cooled mojito.

After that, pour the jelly into your podgovlennye half and send it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours prior to the complete solidification of jelly. After that, half a lime can be cut with a sharp knife into thinner slices.
So how in the recipe given 40 grams of gelatin, it is enough to make a really "hard" gel, which is easy to cut and it does not fall apart in your hands.
