If you recall the tips to speed up the work that you have read in this and other blogs, you certainly they indicated that they often involve the use of keyboard shortcuts, not with mouse. However, as rightly observed susan SaboThis is not always true and the mouse can be a very convenient tool, and what was intended.
For example, save the file attached to the message in Outlook, you can at least three ways:
- Select menu File-Save attachments:
- Use the context menu:
- Drag the (-th) embedding a mouse on a desktop or in a folder. Open Windows Explorer, you can most quickly by pressing Win + E. Then skip to the desired folder, well then drag it to the file (s) of the letter.
In addition, longer useful reminders I can say is that you can quickly transfer themselves writing and within Outlook folders and file system folders, attach files to the message body of the meeting or tasks. And Darg'n'Drop naturalness in this case not only works fast, but also easier to remember.
At the end of this short Excursion I want to ask, but do you remember that drag the selection into a program or text in the Outlook window, you force it to create a letter with this text?
I would be grateful if you shared their methods of work with the mouse, which can compete with the keyboard shortcuts.
