How to use the advanced search in Google Docs for documents

Google has continued to be the most dynamic company and is constantly expanding the functionality of its core products. New features appear so often that some of them do not come to the attention of many users. I am sure that the existence of such a useful tool as a Advanced Search to Google Docs know not all of our readers.
When writing almost any work in Google Docs, whether it's an article, report, essay, and so the list goes on, we almost always use a variety of data from the network. Collecting more information, verification of the facts, find helpful links and illustrations makes us to open a bunch of tabs and constantly switch between them, copying, cutting, and by studying related materials.
Meanwhile, you can do the same right in the same tab, in which you work with the main document. Advanced Search to Google Docs is an additional panel in a text editor that allows you to conveniently collect, edit, and insert additional information in your work. To open it, press the key combination Ctrl + Alt + Shift + I or select Tools paragraph Advanced Search.
After opening the panel, you will find that it already contains links to materials suitable for the subject to your text. But these features of this tool is not limited. Let's look in more detail than can be useful Advanced Search while working on a document.
1. Search for more information
Here everything is clear. You simply enter in the search box your query or select a word in the text and use the appropriate command from the shortcut menu, and then get the results. Use the drop-down list, you can filter the results in categories: Pictures, Academy, Quotes, Dictionary and personal. When you hover the mouse button appears PreviewBy means of which you can see the reduced copy of the page.
2. Insert links

You can use different quotes of famous people to make your text more weight. Simply switch Advanced Search quotes in the search mode, and enter the name of the person, as there is a list of his most famous quotes. Unfortunately, this feature only works in English.
It is not all the features of the built-in search bar, but only those that have proved useful in my work. Even here there is a search for the selected word definitions, information from scientific publications, search across all your documents in Google Drive, and so on. As you can see, it's pretty convenient and useful tool that enables to considerably increase the speed and comfort of work with additional information when working on texts.
