How to translate text to speech right in the Chrome browser

The need to convert text to speech occurs most often when you are busy at the moment and are not able to read, but it can listen to an interesting article. The second frequent option - you are learning a foreign language and want to hear the sound of a certain word or sentence. Both problems can be solved directly into the Google Chrome browser with special extensions for voice playback text in Web pages.
