How to access the Control Panel from the desktop, from Windows Explorer or the System Tray

In the Windows Control Panel focused all settings and links to basic operating system utilities. Open this folder and see in it the entire contents of the Control Panel, conveniently sorted by categories.

Now you can place the folder on the desktop, or drag and drop in Windows Explorer Favorites Bar, and get quick access to any element in the Control Panel just two clicks. And if you create a new toolbar to the taskbar, you can open the Control Panel as a menu.
