In the Windows Control Panel focused all settings and links to basic operating system utilities. It is a kind of command center control system, with which you can carry out any maintenance activities, monitoring and configuring your computer. So it is very convenient when this powerful tool is always at hand. In Windows 7, there is not a documented feature dubbed GodMode (god mode), which allows you to conveniently work with the control panel.
To take advantage of this opportunity must be created in any location a new folder and name it Control panel. {ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C} (Do not mix up!). Immediately thereafter, the newly created folder will change the icon on the Control Panel icon.
Open this folder and see in it the entire contents of the Control Panel, conveniently sorted by categories.
Now you can place the folder on the desktop, or drag and drop in Windows Explorer Favorites Bar, and get quick access to any element in the Control Panel just two clicks. And if you create a new toolbar to the taskbar, you can open the Control Panel as a menu.
Incidentally, this trick can be done not only from the control panel, but also with other Windows tools. On one page Microsoft's website lists the names of other Windows special folders, which can be useful to you.
