Sleipnir left the status of Beta

Today, the Japanese browser Sleipnir, which you may have read on our websiteFinally said goodbye to the status of Beta. Appearance of the browser, as compared to the beta version is almost not changed - still the same minimalist user interface.
Changes compared to the beta version is quite noticeable. First of all it should be noted that there is support for full-screen mode, which lacked previous versions. It changed a little gesture commands. By default, the transition between open tabs by using swipe and jump back and forth - swipe with pressed button cmd. Fortunately, in the settings, you can change the place of action. As for me, so to navigate back and forth easier and familiar simple swipe without clamping cmd.
The panel with the current tab is now open gesture pinch-in, which is clearly more convenient than the combination of cmd + opt + T in the beta version. Download progress, as well as the appearance of the panel is very similar to that of downloads in Safari. Downloads icon is visible only when something is loaded or have in your download history.
Bookmarks Toolbar compares favorably with that in other browsers support colored labels, thanks to the efficiency of the bookmark increases markedly. In order to avoid distracting from the overall style of the application, in the bookmarks panel labels gray until the cursor closer to them.
Unfortunately, in the final version of the browser was not a very interesting feature that was present in the RC version. I'm talking about the Split Screen mode, in which the developer proposes to use two web pages simultaneously within one window. Most likely, this feature will be added in future versions of the browser. In the meantime, I suggest you see a screenshot of how it was implemented in the RC version of Sleipnir.
If the beta version was more for information, the published version of Sleipnir today with some reservations might well be a full replacement for the browser you use. For permanent use, not enough support 1Password and other extensions. For those who do not use supplements, as the browser waits only for ease of use and not overloaded interface, Sleipnir is uniquely suited. Sleipnir users for iOS or Android, to be interested in the ability to synchronize bookmarks between browsers.
