In addition to the major software upgrades that are expected at the upcoming WWDC conference, Apple also intends to impress their fans an unprecedented number of "iron" update. We are talking about the line of Mac products.
The first major update will be the presentation of a brand new 15-inch MacBook Pro, thinner, with Retina display and a more powerful hardware on board. And it is not the only novelty.
In fact, WWDC 2012 will be the largest in the number of announcements of new Mac event in the history of Apple.
According to reports from several sources, Apple plans to update at least four of the five Mac lines. At the moment, this segment of Apple products is represented by five rulers? MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, iMac, Mac mini and Mac Pro.
It is expected to release two configurations of the updated 15-inch MacBook Pro, but still it is unclear what will happen to the other MacBook Pro diagonals. Earlier it was reported that Apple is working on a 11 and 13-inch MacBook Air with Retina display. Most likely, this will be the second major update Mac lineup.
The third major update should be the release of new iMac. The last time Apple was carried out modernization of the product in May 2011, equipping the iMac with new processors, improved graphics, FaceTime HD camera, and adding support for Thunderbolt. However, the latter was only a serious redesign back in 2009. Despite the expected iMac upgrade at WWDC 2012, the specification of the new model are unknown. The only thing that is now known - the new iMac will get a much higher resolution screen, but it is unclear whether Apple will introduce the iMac at the conference.
The fourth in the list can be either a Mac mini, or Mac Pro. Both product lines for a long time not been updated, especially with respect to Mac Pro. Given that Intel has released new processors Ivy Bridge, which may well become a new filling for the Mac mini, mini is becoming the fourth most likely candidate for an upgrade.
In addition to updating Mac lines, is expected to present new accessories for Apple mobile devices, and a variety of mice and keyboards for the Mac. More detailed information about preparing for the release of new accessories yet.
