TextDiff - a portable small utility for comparing text files

Recently I had to compare two CSS file with more than a hundred lines of code. It is of course still it was a test of my patience. At the end of this terrible operation, I wondered, is there a tool that can compare two text files line by line? Finding it discovered a great utility TextDiff, which does exactly what I wanted - compares two text files.
It works is simple: choose the first file (and by designated unit), then the second (or two), and press the Compare button. The program marks the differences in files. They then can be edited (TextDiff is a good editor that opens text files based on their internal layout), and save each (each file - its save button, so as not to confuse and not to forget the time preserved). Navigation allows you to incrementally move from one difference to the next step by step. TextDiff - a great program that does not require installation (a portable), fully supports Unicode.
