The first beta version of uTorrent for Mac

Today uTorrent for Mac developers are sent to users who subscribe to the news, a letter that announces the release of the first beta version of the program. You can download it at this address: http://mac.utorrent.com/beta/. Note, however, that the application runs on Leopard and on machines with a processor from Intel.

In comparison with the early version of the alpha uTorrent (cm. our review) A lot of changes. Firstly, the client has finally become stable work - there is no "departure", the toolbar can be easily adjusted. Removed some features that, however, and did not work in the "Alpha". For example, there are no more section to subscribe to RSS-feed. Yet changed icon.

It is clear that begs comparison with Transmission. It seemed to me that uTorrent less user-friendly interface. The main drawback - the inability to group downloading and distribution.

But uTorrent well-proven to work with Torrents.ru. To date, the client gives better than everyone else. So, it seems, have the opportunity to correct Rating :-)
