Accelerate response dock in OS X

Symbiosis of hardware and software makes it a really magical things with Apple technology. But this is all they know without me. All of us have long been accustomed to the speed of OS X and now any delay, and hang the system is genuine bewilderment. I am very reluctant to approach the Windows PC, because once I start to feel uncomfortable with the fact that processes are much slower. I can feel it with all my guts. But there is in OS X a little problem that had plagued me quite a long time: the response Dock, where it was hidden.
This article will be useful only to those who, for whatever reasons, cleans your dock from the desktop screen. This function I started using recently, as in the work there is a need to editing large tables in Excel, and my MacBook Air display 11 "was not enough for comfortable viewing. To free up a little more space on the workspace, I decided that I would hide from him Doc. For those who do not know how to do this: Move the mouse cursor to the bottom plate to the divider between your icons and folders to download basket and press the right button. In the window that appears, select "Hide Dock on the desktop."
So, the problem arose as follows: if there is a need to switch to another application, or to view missed messages in Skype and iMessage, you need to lower the cursor to the edge of the screen and wait a second or two, when will come out all Doc. The situation is catastrophic! Each time to wait for a second - and all life will pass. Seconds will be formed in the minutes, hours, months, and years of time spent waiting for a response from the Dock. The main message, I think you misunderstood. The situation needs to be corrected and for this we again need a terminal. The principle does not differ from previous examples work with him.
Start the Terminal, enter the following commands (you can either individually or at once) and press Enter:defaults write com.apple.dock autohide-delay -float 0
defaults write com.apple.dock autohide-time-modifier -float 0.1
killall Dock
Thus, we are reducing the response time of the Dock and restart it. Do not worry, when it's a couple of seconds will disappear and appear again - as it should be.
In general, it's all, you can check. Now, if your Dock hidden, move the mouse cursor to it and it will immediately appear on the screen.
If for some reason you decide to return to their seats, use the following commands:defaults delete com.apple.dock autohide-delay
defaults delete com.apple.dock autohide-time-modifier
killall Dock
They will return to your Dock standard response time.
