Apple does not release official data on how the new tablet iPad Air feels on the market in the first days of sales, but inquisitive analysts have made a preliminary picture.
Brian White of Cantor Fitzgerald I told on the results of a small study in which New York surveyed 106 first owners of new items from Cupertino. According to the analyst, about 73% of buyers were already users of older iPad models, and the rest just decided to discover the world of iOS-tablets. In most cases (31%) decided to update iPad 2 users, particularly as iPad Air iPad owners interested third (18%) and first (16%) generations.
In addition, White found that 64% of respondents preferred model silver color, and options with 16 GB of internal memory were needed in 60% of cases.
The fact that the iPad Air has gone perfectly demonstrates the share of 0.74% of the total number of activated "apple" tablets. For comparison, in its fourth generation iPad now reached the level of the same period of only 0.15%.
