Overview extensions for popular browsers (July 5 - 11)

We present you a brief overview of the exciting additions to Firefox, Chrome and Opera, which caught our attention last week.

Chrome

Disable all extensions

Very often it happens that one or another Google Chrome Extensions are not compatible with the site you're reviewing and we have to go into the settings and temporarily disable it. To simplify this process to two clicks, you can use the extension Disable All Extensions. Click on the icon in the extension toolbar displays a list of installed extensions, the second click - Disable Selected. You can also disable all extensions at once by selecting the appropriate item.

Chrome Nanny

This extension can be your reliable assistant in the fight against procrastination and aimless spending their time. Suffice it to Chrome Nanny settings set rules for access to certain sites and you can lock the time wasters or severely limit the time of their visit. Thus you can, for example, select to visit Facebook more than 10 minutes per hour, block FaceBook during working hours, and Lifehacker allow the clock.

Firefox

Google Calendar Watcher

Extension of Google Calendar Watcher adds Firefox browser features enhanced integration with Google Calendar. Use it to view and receive alerts about upcoming events and add new events right away, without having to go to the site of service. For an extension requires pre-specify the XML address of your Google release calendar.

SuperStart

This is another extension that is implemented in the Firefox browser start page with visual links to the most frequently visited sites. Besides, here there is a simple task manager.

Opera

Scroll Marker

This extension will read long texts, requiring scrolling. When rewinding it adds a page mark, indicating the end of the previous screen. Thus, you can easily find a place on which reading was interrupted.
