Sparrow - mail client in the style of Tweetie

As the basic mail service I use Gmail, which is a user-friendly interface, good spam filter and a large amount of disk space. And an update on Twitter read using Tweetie, which attracts me with its convenience. Therefore, I am extremely pleased to learn about Sparrow.
Sparrow is an interesting minimalistic email client that has resemblance with Tweetie. After the application is installed and running you will be prompted to enter your name (used in the caption of the new letters) and registration data in Google mail. If desired, you can subscribe to news and developer Sparrow set as the mail client by default.
The main application window can be divided into 4 parts: the top panel contains buttons for control letters (create, reply, archive, or delete), as well as the search field in the sender, recipient, body or header letters.
The sidebar displays the links through which the user can display a different mail folders - inbox, marked, Sent, Drafts, and Trash. Naturally, in the center of the window is a list of letters, each of which identifies the sender, subject, date of departure and the first few lines of the letter. And finally, at the bottom of the window is a status bar with the time of the last check the mailbox.
To view the e-mail entirely, you can double-click on the item in the list or show the panel posts using the special button in the status bar. In the first, that in the latter case, the user can not only read it, but also find out more information, reply to or forward an email.
Other interesting features of the application include:
- support for multiple accounts;
- mapping chain messages in the Gmail web interface;
- number of unread messages is indicated in the dock and menu bar;
- when new messages Sparrow shows a Growl notification;
- investment support and formatting text of the letter.
Unfortunately, the app is in beta status with all the consequences. Who provided the work only with the Gmail service, but the developer promises in the near future to add labels to support Guglopochty and IMAP for other services such as MobileMe or Yahoo! Mail. Also, it is not clear whether the customer will be free or not.
