What to cook for tea: puff pastry with strawberry and cream cheese

If you set out to prepare a treat for tea, having spent a minimum of time and effort, then your faithful assistant will puff pastry, which is always better to keep in the freezer. In this recipe we use for cooking frozen preform surprisingly simple and delicious puffs filled with strawberry and cream cheese.
Ingredients
- 170 g of cream cheese;
- 2 puff pastry sheet;
- 2 tablespoons sugar;
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar;
- 10 frozen strawberry fruit;
- 1 egg yolk.
preparation
