Ingredients
- 4 thick slices of dried white bread;

- 3 tablespoons butter;

preparation
Cut the crust from slices of bread. Divide each slice into 9 equal cubes. Then, beat the eggs, milk and salt in a medium sized bowl. Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a shallow dish.
