- 2 cups chickpea;

Cook the chickpeas. Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Make sure that no lumps remain. Taste and add seasoning to taste or even salt. When everything is ready, dipped in hummus pita chips or pieces of vegetables. Hummus can be stored in the refrigerator a week.
Oat Bars with berries
Ingredients
- 100 g of oats;
- 3 tablespoons butter;
- 1.5 tablespoon of honey;
- 2 tablespoons sugar;

- nuts.
Mix in a pan of butter, sugar and honey. Keep on heat until the butter has melted. Then remove from heat, add the rolled oats, crushed berries and nuts.
