The original side dish: potatoes hasselbek

More non-standard potato side dish for New Year's table, and you can imagine. In the classic version of the dish potatoes stuffed with slices of bacon and cheese, but we pay attention, and other variations.
Ingredients
- 4 large potato tuber;
- 5 slices of ham or bacon;
- 4 slices of hard cheese;
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions;
- 2 tablespoons bread crumbs;
- 4 tablespoons of sour cream.
preparation

All the prepared stuffing gently spread in notches already baked tubers, not too pushing it inward so they do not burst at the base. On top of the remains of stuffed potatoes grate cheese, and for a greater variety of food texture it can be sprinkled with bread crumbs or crushed nuts.
Potatoes send another 5-7 minutes in the oven, the cheese had melted.
