The original recipe for potato chips

The ideal way to bake a potato, which comes out rosy and crispy on the outside, with a surprisingly soft and airy inside.
Ingredients
- 500 g of medium-sized potatoes;
- 2 tablespoons olive oil;
- 2 garlic cloves;
- ½ teaspoon of dried thyme.
preparation
Wash well and pat dry each potato, then boil until soft in salted water. Keep the cooking process, so as not to digest tubers, but crush them before baking without difficulty. About 15-20 minutes on the fire should be sufficient.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 220 degrees and connect the oil with minced garlic cloves. To this mixture may be added to any spices: Provence herbs, paprika, chilli, coriander, Worcestershire sauce or sauce "Tabasco".
When the potatoes are cooked, squash tubers fork or press to mash. Take care that the potatoes are broken up into pieces and remained intact.
Lubricate all the garlic with olive oil, sprinkle with pepper, thyme and a little salt.
Then send it to a baking oven for 18-20 minutes, until the pieces are dry, crisp and golden on the outside.
Serve the potatoes should be immediately, garnished with sour cream and herbs.
