RECIPES: Rolls in the home cakes

Ingredients
For tortillas (6-8 pieces):
- 1 cup (240 ml) of water;
- 3 cups (360 g) flour;
- 1 teaspoon of sugar;
- 3 teaspoons dry yeast;
- 1 teaspoon salt;
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
For the vegetables:
- 6-8 mushrooms;
- 2 zucchini average size;
- 2 eggplant medium size;
- 1 cup spinach leaves;
- 1 violet bulb;
- 1, the sweet peppers;
- ¼ cup pitted olives;
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar;
- 2 garlic cloves;
- 1 tablespoon paprika;
- ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
For the sauce:
- 160 g of feta;
- 240 ml of sour cream;
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herb mixture;
- 2 garlic cloves.
preparation
- For cakes in a barely warm water Dissolve the sugar and yeast. Sift flour and mix with the yeast solution, salt and butter. Leave the dough come in a warm up doubling in size, then divide it into 6-8 servings. Brown the roll each and dry pan for a couple of minutes on each side.
- For the filling of vegetables fry slices of eggplant, zucchini, onions and peppers. Once the vegetables are softened - remove them from the heat.
- Whisk the sour cream with feta, pyurirovannym garlic and herbs.
- Spread the sauce in the center of the cake, place the vegetables on top, fold the edge of the base and secure with a toothpick.
Roll with chicken on tortillas with spinach
Ingredients
For tortillas (6-8 pieces):
- 2 ½ cups flour;
- ⅔ cup water;
- 1 teaspoon baking powder;
- 1 teaspoon salt;
- a handful of spinach leaves.
For the chicken:
- 500 g of chicken;
- 2 garlic cloves;
- lemon zest 1;
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice;
- by ½ teaspoon ground oregano and cumin;
- by ¼ teaspoon ground coriander and paprika;
- Arugula greens;
- tomatoes.
For the sauce:
- 120 ml mayonnaise;
- 120 ml Greek yogurt;
- 3 garlic cloves;
- ½ teaspoon paprika;
- ½ teaspoon of lemon juice;
- a pinch of cayenne pepper.

- Pour spinach hot water and whisk blender. The resulting slurry connect with the dry mix of flour, salt and baking powder. The finished dough, divide into 6-8 portions, roll and fry in a dry frying pan until browning.
- Mix the diced fillet with garlic, citrus juice and zest, and then add the spices. Leave bird marinate 30 minutes, then fry in vegetable oil.
- Mix together all the ingredients for the sauce and cover with the mixture cake. In the center lay the greens arugula and slices of tomato, and on top - chicken. Fold the edges of the cakes and secure them with toothpicks.
