RECIPES: "Steaks" cauliflower

Perhaps the most popular way to prepare cauliflower is roasting it in batter, but we suggest you try something new - cabbage "steaks." Just a few ingredients, a minimum of effort, and on your table will show off an interesting and delicious vegetable side dish to any dish.
Ingredients:
- cauliflower;
- ¼ cup of olive or sunflower oil;
- ⅔ teaspoon of dried garlic;
- 1 teaspoon mixture Provence herbs;
- ½ teaspoon salt;
- barbecue sauce.
Connect olive oil with a mixture of herbs, salt and dried garlic.
Cabbage wash and divide into pieces 2 cm thick. From a small head of cabbage cauliflower get about 4-5 "steaks."
Lubricate each of the pieces of herbs oil on both sides, place them on a parchment-covered baking sheet and put in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
After some time, the surface of the cabbage "steaks" lightly browned, they are soft and will be ready to serve, but we offer additional glaze of barbecue sauce. You can cook it on our recipe or choose foods stores.
Brushing each of the pieces of sauce, put them back in the oven, but this time directly under the grill and leave for another 3-4 minutes, so that the sugar from the sauce had caramelized.
