Recipe unusual cream of pea broth

Ingredients:
- 300 ml of broth chickpea;
- 10-20 g sugar;
- 5 ml of lemon juice;
- 1 g of vanillin;
- jam or marmalade (optional).

Soak the chickpeas for 3-4 hours. Then simmer for hours in the same water and strain. In this recipe, it is the main ingredient of the broth. This broth is called akvafaboy. It is widely used in the preparation of desserts and pastries. Akvafaby uniqueness lies in the fact that when whipping in the mixer, it becomes similar to the egg whites. With prolonged whipping a little muddy water turns into snow-white fluffy mass!
As soon as this amazing process starts, add the remaining ingredients. For flavor, we need vanilla powder or vanilla extract. Lemon juice will give expressive acidity, which emphasizes the sweetness of cane sugar or jam.
During frothing broth of chickpeas, you can add a variety of jams and preserves, so the taste of the ice cream is only limited by your imagination.
Fully creamed with all the ingredients of the mass, send for an hour and a half in the freezer and, if desired, garnish with fresh fruit or berries.
