RECIPE: Raw granola bars

We do not ever publish once granola recipes, but most have been criticized because of the heat treatment ingredients. For those who prefer the crude product, we offer a recipe for breakfast bars, for which the preparation is not necessary to include a range or oven. The output is a delicacy that combines taste, simplicity and usefulness - the perfect trio.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (250 g), peanut butter;
- ¼ cup (60 mL) vegetable oil;
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) honey;
- 10 dates;
- 3 cups (270 grams) of rolled oats (not quick cooking!);
- 90 g of dark chocolate.
With the blender grind stoned dates and whisk them with vegetable oil and peanut (⅔ of the total). Add honey.
Mix the resulting mass with oat flakes and whisk again. It is not necessary to convert the mass into a paste, let the majority of the flakes remain intact.
The mixture will turn out rather dry, but it should be easy to roll into balls.
Spread ⅔ oat based on the laid parchment baking sheet. The next step is still up to you: if you want to completely eliminate the thermal treatment of the recipe, just chop the chocolate and spread it on the surface with the remaining peanut butter, but if this is for you not so important, then, melt the chocolate and mix with the oil, and then to lubricate them surface granola.
Top with the remaining weight of oat and place in a freezer for at least 4 hour.
After divide into portions. Store in the refrigerator.
