Japanese pancakes recipe quickly became viral on social networks and get a lot of variations. Here is one simple and proven ways of cooking, which can handle even the novice cook.
Ingredients:
- 5 tablespoons flour;
- 1 tablespoon of starch;
- 1 teaspoon baking powder;
- a pinch of vanilla;
- 3 tablespoons sugar;
- 4 eggs;
- 3 tablespoons milk.

Separate the yolks proteins from any convenient way. Take care that no drops of egg yolk falling into the protein mass, otherwise it will be impossible to beat until desired consistency.
Connect the separated yolks with milk, vanilla and baking powder.
Thoroughly mix and sift the mixture of starch and flour. Add it to the yolks and mix well whisk until the consistency of the mass is not homogeneous and thick, resembling custard.
Chilled proteins with sugar whisk mixer at maximum speed for approximately 2-3 minutes or until a stable peaks as pictured below.
Using a silicone blade carefully connect meringue protein flour with yolk and, moving from bottom to top, as if covering the dough fat proteins. This technique will help keep air max, and therefore make the pancakes fluffy.
Add the remaining whites in two stages, stirring gently. As a result, you get a very light and airy dough.

Cook oladushek every 3-4 minutes until the tip not grasp fully, and the dough will not increase in size.
Turn over and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side. You can check the readiness with a toothpick.
Carefully walk along the inner edge of the ring a sharp thin knife and remove oladushek. Before you pour the next batch of dough, completely clean and again well-greased ring.
Serve pancakes with powdered sugar, honey, syrup, chocolate, cream, ice cream or other toppings to taste.
