Recipe: Grandma's homemade lemonade

Why is Grandma's recipe? Read his blog on the US, I realized that our grandmothers did something very similar to the US, just at the second field of activity and instruments have been so much more. My grandmother is also very often cooked like lemonade me and my younger sisters. What is rosemary and gin she did not know, but the lemonade still turns out very tasty!
Let's start with the standard lemonade, which many can recall the taste of childhood.
Ingredients: 6 lemons, 2 cups sugar 1 cup water, a pinch of salt and mint.
Cooking process: cut from two lemons peel so on it does not remain white part, and cut it into thin strips. Then put the pan on the fire, mix the sugar with the water and throw to peel and boil for about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, a little chill and throw back a few leaves of mint. When the syrup has cooled down completely, you can send it in the fridge.
Squeezed juice of 6 lemons, from the refrigerator finally cooled syrup, it is filtered (to remove the peel) and mix with lemon juice.
You can dilute a concentrated drink water or unsalted mineral water with gas, you can add ice.
Variations of this simple soda can be quite a lot and still simple. You can mix lemon juice and other citrus fruit (oranges, grapefruit, lime) in any proportion. I love the taste and smell of cinnamon and vanilla, so when cooking the syrup, you can add a little cinnamon stick (Pinch or as a powder), a small piece of vanilla pod, or diversify spicy flavor lemonade peel lime.
When serving lemonade can decorate a slice of lemon or orange, fresh mint leaves or a sprig of rosemary, whose pine taste spicing. By the way, you can make "lemonade for adults" by adding a little rosemary gin and a mint - a drop of any citrus liqueur.
I got juice syrup + = liter. When diluted with water to taste, then lemonade get about 3 liters - enough for a small company :)
