Recipe for a side dish of creamy corn

Tender corn with cream - the classic American side dishes that complement any meat dishes and ingredients made from a minimum of 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 cans canned corn;
- ¾ cup (180 ml) cream;
- 1 cup (240 ml) of milk;
- 3 tablespoons butter;
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 small onion;
- 3 garlic cloves;
- a sprig of rosemary.

Creamy foundation dishes represents a very thick sauce bechamel prepared from a mixture of cream and milk fat medium.
Begin by preparing the base for the sauce from a mixture of butter and flour. Melt the butter over medium heat and add flour. Stir the resulting paste to hold the heat for about 30 seconds, then slowly pour the mixture of milk and cream.
Continuously and intensively stir the contents of the pan to break up all the flour lumps. If necessary, further miss mixture through a sieve.
Leave the sauce to heat until thick, season with salt and pepper to taste.
In another pan simmered chopped onion until soft. Add thereto garlic, rosemary and pour corn, draining the liquid from it all.
The seasonal dishes can be cooked from fresh young cobs.
When warm as beans, pour the sauce and wait for it to re-boil. Remove the rosemary sprig and serve hot side dish to the table.
