We have not really decided to prepare picnics grilled fish, because many people think that this is difficult. In fact this is not true, and there is a very simple and delicious recipes. Some of them I want to share with you.
The following three recipes are dedicated to the preparation of the fish on the grill. I tried to find a very light and tasty. I hope you like it!
Grilled fish with lemon, butter and mint
One of the simplest recipes that have ever come across in my eyes!
Ingredients: juice of one lemon, 1/2 cup olive oil, a pinch of salt, 4 large mint leaf (crushed), 1 garlic clove large, a few pieces of cod or similar white fish.
Preparation:
Oil mixed with lemon juice until smooth, then add to chopped mint leaves, a pinch of salt and crushed garlic clove.
Fillets lightly pepper and salt on both sides. On the grill to put the foil, give her some warm up and then put the fish on it. If thin fillets, then preparing either side for two minutes.
Then, remove from the grill and oil pour prepared previously removing therefrom garlic clove.
Grilled fish with citrus crust
Ingredients: one orange peel and a lemon, a pinch of salt, ground black pepper, olive oil, fish fillet or a steak, fresh herbs such as parsley, basil and oregano.
Preparation:
Finely chop the herbs. It is better to pass it through a meat grinder or chop the blender. Then mix green, black pepper, and lemon peel orange with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Boned fish in this mixture and give it a little lie down. Then send to the grill. Because of the strong fire can start to burn the green, and the fish will be a bitter taste, so it is better not to cook it over high heat. And I would try to cook it the same way as the fish in the first recipe - foil.
When the fish is ready, spread it on the plates together with fresh herbs and slices of lemon or lime.
Grilled fish in spicy-citrus marinade
With this recipe, perhaps, have a little tricky. But, judging from the components, you will not regret the time spent;)
Ingredients: 6 cod fillets pieces, flounder, halibut or tilapia, salt taste, 1 small onion (diced), a piece of ginger size walnut (peeled and finely chopped), small bunch cilantro, 1 tablespoon of crushed garlic, 2 teaspoons crushed chili pepper, 2 teaspoons lime zest, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 cup lime juice, 1/4 cup olive oil 1 lime.
Preparation:
Lightly salt the fish fillets and set aside. Olive oil, onion, cilantro, garlic, ginger, lime peel and hot peppers blender, mix until smooth. Now spread this paste fish fillets and send in the refrigerator at least 2 hours.
Before you put on the grill, again a little salt fish. Prepare fish serve with lime wedges.
And yet it is possible to simply rub with salt and pepper, put a couple of lemon slices, wrap in foil and send it on the grill - will also be very tasty!
I recall that on the grill to cook the best oily fish. The fish is ready at a moment when it ceases to be transparent and if you prick it with a fork, it is easy to exfoliate and thus will still be juicy.
