Recipe: Chicken breast with parmesan and prosciutto

Ingredients1 chicken breast without skin, 10–15 g of grated parmesan, 3 proshutto slice, 1 sprig rosemary or thyme, lemon peel, freshly ground black pepper, olive oil.

This is easily achieved, slightly beaten off meat with the help of a heavy object, such as a rolling pin. To do this, wrap the chicken breast in plastic wrap and gently beat off its entire length, especially on the side where the meat is thicker. As a result, you get a piece of the uniform.
After that, sprinkle the meat with thyme or rosemary.
It - grated Parmesan, and on top - freshly ground pepper and a few grams of lemon peel.
Cover the meat with thin strips of prosciutto, to completely cover the cheese. For convenience you can buy already sliced thin slices prosciutto, but I use the ham, which brought with them from Montenegro, so I got a little thicker pieces.
On a heated pan, pour a little olive oil for frying and quick motion, place the meat on her side with prosciutto down.
Grill the meat for 3 minutes over medium heat, and then using a wide blade to flip it to the other side and cook for 3 more minutes.
Only 6 minutes in the pan, and chicken breast with prosciutto and parmesan cheese is ready. Remove the meat from the fire, Put on a plate, cut in half (chicken should be fully ready) and serve with a green salad.
