Recipe: Baked rolls of pancakes

Mardi Gras - iron excuse not to indulge in a pair of triple pancakes even during diet preparation for the coming warming. If you have some pancakes the next day, the cook from them the perfect pancake breakfast - a basket of pancakes with egg and mushrooms.
Ingredients:
- 8 pancakes;
- 400 grams of mushrooms;
- 1 medium size onion;
- 2 garlic cloves;
- 1 teaspoon wine vinegar;
- 80 ml of the cream;
- 80 ml of water;
- 145 g of the cheese;
- 5 eggs.

You can use any preferred toppings for pancakes, but we settled on a mushroom ragout with a simple cream sauce. To make it arbitrarily sliced mushrooms pripuskayut with half rings onion, and when the latter become transparent, add a bit of garlic and vinegar.
When excess moisture from the mushrooms has evaporated, add flour, add the cream and a little water (you can use wine or broth). As soon as the sauce thickens - ready.
Take a couple of pancakes and arrange them overlapping. In the center lay a couple of tablespoons of the mushroom stuffing, sprinkle all the cheese and herbs, roll up pancakes in the roll.
Roll of pancake roll "Snail" and put it into a suitable shape for baking.
The yolk of one egg whisk with water drop or cream and lubricate the surface of the resulting mixture of pancakes. Sprinkle with the cheese still remains and hammer over each egg pancakes.
Bake at 190 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until desired degree of yolk cooked. Baskets ready sprinkle with herbs and serve immediately.
