Quick dinner: Lemon chicken with rice in a bowl

Whoever owned the idea of cooking a full meal in one pot, we can only expressed in his address of thanks on behalf of all those who want to reduce the time spent at the stove to minimum. This fragrant lemon rice with chicken and herbs - a useful, inexpensive and quick dinner option, which you can prepare in the days when the cook does not want.
Ingredients
- Two large chicken pieces;
- 30 ml of vegetable oil;
- 3 teaspoons dried Italian herb mixture;
- 1 cup of rice;
- 520 mL chicken broth (or water);
- ½ lemon;
- parsley;
- lemon slices for serving.
preparation
Clearing chicken fillets from the skin film and possible residues grate meat pinch of salt and pepper, then fry in hot oil to exactly the moment when the fillet is browned.
Transfer the chicken to a plate, and in the same pan, without rinsing it, sprinkle in the washed rice. Squeeze of lemon juice. Mix the rice with a couple of teaspoons of dried herbs and pour half of all lemon juice.
Evenly distribute the rice pan and lay on top of the chicken. Pour the remaining fillets with lemon juice and sprinkle with remnants of dried herbs. Pour the chicken broth or water.
Covered with a bowl with a lid, leave rice and chicken prepared on a low heat for 20-25 minutes.
The finished dish serve sprinkled parsley and laying lemon slices, which can be further acidify the rice and chicken if desired.
