Dough:
- 300 g of white rice;
- 300 g of crushed white lentils;
- 2 pod hot red pepper;

Filling:
- 10 medium potatoes;
- 4 tablespoons coconut;
- 3 teaspoons of fresh grated ginger;
- 4 tablespoons rxa (clarified butter);
- Bush seeds, mustard, turmeric, coriander and other spices to taste.
Pour the rice and lentils with water and leave for 6-8 hours. Then grind them in a blender with a small amount of water. Should get a liquid slurry. Then add pepper, sugar, salt and mix again.
