Ayoli - universal sauce which can be supplied with meat, seafood, vegetables or fungi. It is prepared quickly, and the result is excellent.
Ingredients
For the sauce:
- 1-2 garlic cloves;
- 2 egg yolks;
- 230 ml of olive oil;
- lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper - to taste.
For the mushrooms:
- 300 g voshenok;
- 1 cup bread crumbs;
- 1 teaspoon paprika;
- ½ cup flour;
- 2 egg whites.
