Non-alcoholic cocktails for any company

At parties you are sitting in a corner with sad eyes, a glass of juice and a fumble car keys? Enough tolerating this! Enjoy delicious soft drinks and accustom them to friends. And we will help you start a set of recipes for every taste.
In fact, you do not need any special conditions, to replace the usual cocktails on their soft counterparts. They are just as delicious (maybe even tastier), and I sincerely hope that you enjoy the fact of communicating with friends, and not because that glass you have a fair amount of degrees. For the ease of switching to a soft start format with popular cocktails.
Mojito
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 10-15 mint leaves (better if it is peppermint, with a strong menthol taste);
- ½ lime;
- 2 teaspoons of sugar;
- 200 ml of soda (can be replaced by or Sprite Schweppes);
- ice.
preparation
Cut the lime into four pieces, put a quarter into a glass, add to the sugar and mint leaves, gently grind, trying to squeeze out and not grind ingredients (small pieces of leaves and lime can get stuck in straw). Add ice and pour all the ingredients of soda. Decorate the glass remaining quarters of lime and a sprig of mint. Serve with a straw for cocktails. Excellent refreshing.
Bloody Mary
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 200 ml of tomato juice;
- 10 ml lemon juice;
- 2-3 drops of Worcestershire sauce;
- 2-3 drops of Tabasco;
- 1 celery;
- salt and pepper to taste.
preparation
Mix tomato juice and lemon with sauce and whisk in a blender with ice cubes. Salt and pepper to taste, serve with a sprig of celery and straw.
Daiquiri
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 200 g of strawberry (or can take frozen strawberry juice);
- juice of one lime;
- 1 teaspoon of sugar;
- ice.
preparation
Mix in a blender strawberries, lime juice and sugar until smooth, then add the ice and blend again. Garnish glass with strawberries and serve with a straw.
Mulled apple (grape)
Ingredients (5 servings):
- 1 l apple juice or grape;
- 100 ml of water;
- 2 tbsp lemon zest;
- 2 tablespoons of orange peel;
- 2 tablespoons raisins;
- 1 apple;
- 2 cinnamon sticks;
- 3-4 cloves bud;
- 4-5 peas of fragrant (white) pepper;
- a pinch of grated nutmeg;
- pinch of ground ginger;
- sugar or honey to taste.
preparation
In a small enamel pot, pour juice and water, put on fire. Add all the spices, raisins and thinly sliced apple. Optionally, you can add sugar or honey. Drink, heat, but do not boil! Once on the surface of bubbles appear, remove the pan from the heat, cover and allow to stand for 15-20 minutes, to reveal the aroma of spices. Before use mulled desirable strain. The drink is indispensable for cold autumn evenings, and large companies (for companies advise immediately brew a double portion). Serve hot!
Orange and cranberry punch
Ingredients (10 servings):
- 3 glasses of cranberry juice;
- 3 glasses of orange juice;
- ¾ cup of water;
- ½ tablespoon ground ginger (or grated);
- ½ tablespoon ground cinnamon;
- pinch of ground nutmeg;
- 2 oranges;
- ⅓ cup sugar;
- 100 g of cranberries (fresh or frozen);
- mint to taste.
preparation
In an enamel pot mix juice, add water and spices, at high heat to a boil. Cook over moderate heat for 5 more minutes. Ladle hot punch in glass mugs, each throw a few cranberries, garnish with orange slices and mint leaves.
Remember that sober people are more sensitive to odors and tastes, so experiment with the ratio ingredients in the non-alcoholic cocktails are better left for later, when it is well understood base recipe. Try at least a month to meet with friends in the extremely sober format, I'm sure this month anyway remember everything. ;)
