Light protein dessert for those who follow the figure

Layfhaker shares a simple recipe dessert that taste will remind you of the curd baked pudding or cheesecake.
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup protein powder;
- 1 cup (240 ml) of low-fat yogurt;
- 3 package (550 g) of low-fat cottage cheese;
- 5 egg proteins;
- a pinch of vanilla;
- sweetener to taste.
preparation
Depending on how much you use will be salty cottage cheese, the amount of sweetener will vary. Therefore it is better first to whip myself cheese and yogurt, add sweetener to taste and only then introduced into the mixture of egg whites.
After addition of proteins whip the ingredients until the consistency of the mass will not resemble ice cream melted fat.
Separately connect the dry ingredients: protein and vanilla. You can use natural vanilla essence or other sweet flavor.
Pour the dry ingredients, whisk the mixture until it will get rid of all lumps.
Carefully lubricate square shape measuring 20 × 20 cm vegetable oil. Pour the cheese mixture and leave to bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes, until the mixture becomes thick and no longer tremble at the center.
After cooling the dessert can be divided into portions and fed with berries, honey, syrup or dry cocoa.
