French toast, those that are soaked in egg and milk before frying - a great idea wholesome breakfast, but we decided to go ahead and prepare bread pudding, based on this technology. At the exit, we have not only a tasty seasonal treats, but also another way to float the stale bread and apples lying around.
Take a sweet bun or braid is not the first freshness, and cut into large cubes. If the bread is not sufficiently dry, but not suitable for use in the usual form, air dry it in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 35-40 minutes until it is golden. Dry bread can be put in motion at once.
Clear apple from the skin and seeds, divide into four pieces and cut into thin slices. In a saucepan, combine butter, sugar and cinnamon, put the mixture on the fire and put the apples. As soon as the sugar crystals dissolve, remove the bowl from the heat.

Spread on crackers lubricated form (here - 20 × 20 cm) and fill the milky egg mixture. Spread on top of the apple topping.
Now, the shape of the pudding should cover with foil and leave in the fridge overnight. That is why the recipe is perfect for breakfast, which you can quickly prepare the evening.
Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Remove the foil with shapes and sprinkle the surface of the pudding mix of the remaining two tablespoons sugar and ½ teaspoon cinnamon. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 340 g of bread;
- 35 g butter;
- 3 medium sized apples;
- 4 eggs;
- 2 ½ teaspoons cinnamon;
- 50 g (¼ cup) of brown sugar;
- 30 g (2 tablespoons) of white sugar;
- 360 ml (1 ½ cups) milk.
preparation
- Bread slice large cubes (2-2.5 cm). If necessary, dry the oven.
- Apple slice, mix brown sugar, butter and two teaspoons of cinnamon. Place the mixture on medium heat and allow dissolution of the sugar crystals.
- Beat eggs with milk.

- Before baking, sprinkle the surface with a mixture of white sugar with the remaining cinnamon.
- Bake the pudding at 190 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
