How to prepare for the future pizza

If you are not afraid to tinker with the test, then try to cook a home base for a pizza that can be stored in the freezer. You'll forget all about over-dried and fresh workpieces from the supermarket.
In this case, the importance of equipment itself preform. As a basis you can use any of your favorite recipe for pizza dough, or our recipe universal yeast dough.
After kneading the dough in a warm place for half an hour or wait for the moment when it will not increase in volume by half.

If you put the dough in the freezer in their raw form, you can say goodbye to the once lush pizza, so before freezing base slightly propech necessary: it is in this half-baked form of billets sold in stores.
Place the dough in the oven with the sauce for 8 minutes at 240 degrees. After let cool completely based (it will not take more than an hour).
Good pizza base wrap with cling film and place in the freezer. To the dough is dry, make sure that it is covered with dense: at least two layers of film.
Stuffing on top of the cake can be put right, but because not all the ingredients are well able to endure freezing, be sure to upload them directly before baking.
