How to cook soup with chicken

Classic soup is associated with fat rich broth, which is not very suitable for the summer season. Layfhaker prepare a light version of everyone's favorite soup: chicken without frying.
Ingredients:
- 400 g of chicken;
- 4 medium potatoes tuber;
- half of head cabbage;
- 1 medium carrot;
- 1 medium beet;
- 1 tomato;
- 1 onion;
- 2 garlic cloves;
- pepper;
- salt;
- greenery;
- sour cream.
preparation
Rinse the chicken, clean it of excess fat, cut into pieces.
Onions and garlic finely chop, chop the tomatoes into small cubes.
Potatoes cut into slices, carrots - small cubes and rub on a grater.
Cabbage finely chop. Beets rub on a medium grater.
Put chicken in deep pot, pour water (2-2.5 liters) and put on medium heat. Salt broth.
Formed foam remove with a slotted spoon. The broth should be kept clean.
When the water boils, reduce heat and add the broth chopped onions and carrots.
After 5-7 minutes, immerse the chopped tomato water, and after 10 minutes, add the potato broth.
Once the broth has boiled potatoes, to submit to the pan shredded cabbage. Cook for 5-10 minutes until cooked potatoes.
Add the beets.
After 5-7 minutes add the garlic, pepper, parsley or cilantro to taste. Cover soup with a lid and leave to infuse.
When serving, add sour cream and garnish with greens.
