How to cook delicious Shakshuk

What you'll need
- ½ red onion;
- 2 garlic cloves;
- 2 tablespoons olive oil;
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste;
- 1 red bell pepper;
- 1 kg of tinned tomatoes in brine (2 banks 500 g);
- 1 teaspoon cumin;
- 1½ tsp paprika;
- salt - to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- 5-6 eggs;
- a few sprigs of parsley.
What else you can add
Canned tomatoes can be replaced with fresh ones. They need to be cleaned of skin and pulp - pyurirovat or cut into small cubes.
If the dish you do not have enough meat, fry with vegetables cubes sausages.
Ready Shakshuk can sprinkle with cheese. It is best suitable cheese or feta.

Slice the onion and garlic into small cubes. Put the onion in a pan with hot oil. Fry on medium heat for about 7 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring vegetables.
Add the tomato paste and keep on the heat for another 3-4 minutes. Put the vegetables bell pepper, sliced into small pieces, and cook for 5-7 minutes. Pepper should be slightly soft.
Add to zazharki tomatoes, Cumin, paprika, black pepper and salt. Stir and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Carefully break the eggs into the pan. Reduce heat and keep Shakshuk under the lid for 7-10 minutes. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped parsley.
How to apply Shakshuk
This dish is served hot straight into the frying pan. More often - with pita bread. Her or other bread can be dipped in Shakshuk.
