How to cook crispy snack from chicken liver

Chicken liver is hardly included in the list of the most popular bar snacks, but in vain. Unlike beef or pork liver, Chicken liver does not require lengthy preparation. Its quite thoroughly flushed to remove any residual film on the surface and divide into two parts. Prepared slices dry with paper towels.
