How to cook cranberry juice with a full-bodied taste

What is needed
- 500 g of cranberries;
- 1½ liter of water;
- 3-5 tablespoons of sugar or more.
This beverage can be prepared from fresh frozen berries and even if they were first thawed at room temperature.
Sugar is sometimes replaced honey. Increase the amount if you want to get a sweet drink.
And to make the taste more interesting fruit drinks, along with sugar, add a pinch of cinnamon and a sprig of mint.
How to cook cranberry juice
Cranberries sure to reassemble. Throw away the stalk and leaves, if they come across. Do not leave spoiled and very immature berries.
After wash well under running water and fold in a colander to glass excess moisture.
Prepared cranberry mash with a spoon or tolkushkoy, you can also use a blender.
Fold berries I rolled up in several layers of cheesecloth and squeeze the juice from them. Then strain the resulting juice through a cheesecloth.
Another way - just wipe the berries through a sieve.
The resulting juice is filtered, pour into a plastic or glass container. Leave at room temperature.
Cranberry cake put in a pan. Fill with water and pour sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat, remove from heat and let sit for 15-20 minutes. Again, strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth.
Cool and add cranberry juice.
Cool the resulting cranberry juice and serve.
