How to cook an inexpensive dinner: rice stir frying vegetables

Rice stir frying can be called one of the most popular dishes in Asian fast food takeaway. No matter how attractive the idea may seem to order food in a box in the house, you better try to cook rice stir frying yourself. Get tastier and cheaper.
Ingredients
- 2 cups boiled rice;
- 70 g of onions;
- 50 g of sweet peppers;
- 100 g of broccoli;
- 90 g of mushrooms;
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce;
- 2 eggs;
- 2 garlic cloves;
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger root;
- lemon or lime juice;
