How to cook a tasty burger with bean patties

Ingredients
- 1 jar of red canned beans;
- 1 small onion;
- ½ cup bread crumbs;
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano;
- 1 pinch salt;
- 1-2 tablespoons of water (if necessary);
- 2 hamburger buns;
- hard cheese, vegetables and lettuce - to taste;
- ketchup, sweet mustard - to taste.
Using potato masher, blender or conventional fork canned beans turn into a puree. In this recipe, you can easily replace the red beans white boiled chickpeas or lentils.
Connect the base of the beans with the other components of the burger: chopped onion, bread crumbs (for bundles), dried oregano and a generous pinch of salt.
Knead the mass with your hands until you feel that all the ingredients are well mixed with each other.
Try molded from the resulting mass small cutlet. If she keeps the bad shape and is easy to crack, it is not enough moisture. Meanly 1-2 tablespoons of water, knead well again and repeat the molding.
Pour into the pan and place the vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the patties on both sides until golden brown (about two minutes).
These patties can easily tolerate transportation, so that they can safely pack a picnic and cook over a campfire right in the foil.
Spread half the sauce on burger buns, put greens, chop (you can cover it with a layer of grated cheese before re-warming up), your favorite vegetables and start meal.
