How to cook a delicious cake "Prague"

Cake "Prague" - a favorite by many dessert. Cook it is not as difficult as it may seem, but the result is excellent.
1. We make cakes
Ingredients
- 1½ cups flour;

Gradually pour out the dry ingredients in a bowl with liquid and mix well. Pour the resulting mixture into a mold for baking. Send it in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. 3. Cooking cream

- ½ cans of condensed milk;

4. Make a glaze
Ingredients
- 3 table spoons cocoa;
- 3 tablespoons of milk;
- ½ cup sugar;
- 30 g of butter.

Mix in a saucepan the sugar, milk and cocoa and cook until the first bubbles. Once the liquid has cooled slightly, add the butter. The glaze can be made more tender if it whip mixer.
Slowly, starting from the center, pour the resulting icing on the cake. If you see that somewhere is missing glaze, spread it with a knife or spoon.
Ready cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar and garnish with candied fruit and nuts. Many classic recipes cake coated with a thin layer of orange and apricot jam, and then later applied glaze. This makes it more shiny and smooth, and adds an interesting flavor.
