Cold sandwiches with feta and tomatoes

Until the time of the year allows us to enjoy the fragrant and juicy summer kitchen products - vegetables, I would like to offer you another recipe of delicious sandwiches. The preparation requires a minimum of effort and skill. All you need is bread to toast or crusty baguette, tomato, basil and feta.
In the original recipe to add feta offer low-fat mayonnaise. I'll be honest - I'm not a particular fan of mayonnaise. When cooking for the first time, I add a little sour cream instead of mayonnaise, and a second time to try adding a little olive oil. And I added to some garlic and black pepper, as I think the combination of basil, tomatoes, garlic, almost perfect.
So, knead into a bowl with a fork small amount of feta, add to a little bit of olive oil or sour cream (your choice), finely chopped basil leaves and garlic with black pepper as desired.

Bread is smeared layer of feta and basil, tomatoes and lay out the top covering another slice of bread. I am ready to tosternym bread and baguette - both variants are obtained very tasty. Since it is a cold sandwich, it can be stored in the refrigerator, wrapped in plastic wrap. But not for very long, as if caught tomatoes are very juicy, the bread can just get wet and will not be so tasty.
