Breakfast ideas: Baked persimmon

Original seasonal breakfast can be baked persimmon. Pulp is the main fruit of late autumn we will fill crispy stuffed sunflower seeds, oat flakes and crumbs oil. Also an interesting taste and texture, the main advantage of such a delicacy becomes easy preparation and the ability to advance the workpiece several portions.
Ingredients:
- 3 persimmon fruit;
- 50 g butter;
- 5 tablespoons flour;
- 1 tablespoon sugar;
- 2 tablespoons of oat flakes;
- 2 tablespoons of treated seeds;
- a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg.
The main element in this dish becomes a persimmon, so to her choice should be approached with great care. Choose soft, and large fruit with pulp, which is not too knits. Strongly astringent persimmon becomes even more astringent after baking.
After washing and dry the selected persimmon, divide it in half and remove the pulp from about one-third of each half with the help of a teaspoon.
We now turn to a mixture for filling persimmon. For it must be chopped cold butter with the sugar and flour, add spices and seeds with oat flakes. The mixture may be added all nuts, cereals and pieces of chocolate.
Fill the halves with the mixture and place on a parchment-covered baking sheet.
Bake at 200 degrees persimmon 12-15 minutes and serve with yogurt or just.
