How to fill okroshka

Slice the potatoes, egg, radish, cucumber and diced sausage. Chop the greens. Mix all ingredients and season with salt. Add sour cream or mayonnaise, season with kvass and stir again.
2. Hash with beef
Ingredients
- 4 cooked egg yolks;
- 3 tablespoons mustard;
- 400 g of boiled beef;
- 4-5 radishes;
- 2-3 fresh cucumber;
- 3-4 boiled potatoes;
- 1 a beam of green onion;
- 1 fennel beam;
- salt - to taste;
- sour cream - to taste;
- kvass - to taste.

Mix the egg yolks and mustard until smooth. Cut the meat, radish and cucumber strips, and purified potato - cubes. Chop the onion and dill.
Mix all ingredients. Add salt, mustard dressing, sour cream and kvass and stir again.
3. Hash with smoked chicken
Ingredients
- 5-6 boiled potatoes;
- 6 boiled eggs;
- 4-5 fresh cucumbers;
- 10–12 radishes;
- 1 a beam of green onion;
- ½ dill beam;
- ½ parsley;
- 2 smoked chicken leg;
- salt - to taste;
- pinch citric acid;
- sour cream - to taste;
- carbonated mineral water - to taste.

Slice the potatoes and eggs, as well as cucumbers and radish cubes. Chop the greens. Remove the skin of the leg and cut the chicken into small pieces.
Mix all ingredients. Add salt, citric acid and cream. Pour mineral water and mix well.
4. Hash with pork and beans
Ingredients
- 250 g of pork;
- 4-5 boiled potatoes;
- 4-5 boiled eggs;
- 250 g of canned peas;
- 250 g of beans;
- 2 fresh cucumber;
- ½ green onion beam;
- ½ dill beam;
- salt - to taste;
- 2 tablespoons of cream;
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise;
- 2 tablespoons of mustard;
- kvass - to taste.

Slice pork small pieces, put on a heated pan and cook for about 7 minutes, turning occasionally.
Potatoes and eggs cut into cubes. Add to them peas, beans, diced cucumbers, chopped herbs and the cooled meat.
Add salt, sour cream, mayonnaise and mustard and stir. Pour kvass and again mix well.
5. Hash with sausage and beetroot

- 2-3 boiled potatoes;
- 2-3 boiled eggs;
- 100 g sauerkraut;

- 1 tablespoon mustard;
- 2 tablespoons of cream;
- salt - to taste;
- kvass - to taste.

Cut mushrooms, potatoes and egg proteins cubes. Add the cabbage and chopped greens. Mix the egg yolks with the mustard and sour cream until smooth. Add the chopped ingredients mustard sauce, salt and brew and mix well.
