A very simple recipe for jam from apricots and oranges

Bright, fragrant, juicy apricot jam and orange will make from your ordinary tea a real celebration of taste.
Apricots - real storehouse of nature. They contain potassium, phosphorus, sodium, carotene, a lot of vitamins, minerals and amino acids. To stock up on these useful fruit for the whole year, prepare the apricot jam. And to make it taste more interesting, add oranges.
Ingredients
- 4 kg apricots;
- 2 kg of sugar;
- 1 kg of oranges.
preparation
Apricots Wash and pat dry with a towel. Cut slices and remove the core.
Oranges wash and cut into half rings. Do not repeat our mistakes, and chop the peel or remove it altogether: large pieces of not very comfortable there.
Put sliced oranges and apricots in a deep enamel bowl. Pour the sugar so that the fruits are completely covered.
Leave for 2-3 hours. During this time, mix the ingredients to the juice of the fruit mixed with sugar, forming a syrup.
After most of the Sahara dissolved, put the pot on the fire. If the syrup is small, you can add ½ cup water.
Simmer, stirring for 20 minutes.
After a cool and cook jam two more times.
Ready-made jam pour into sterilized jars and close the lid.
