8 ways to quickly and tasty pickle herring

Basic rules salting herring

- 2 bay leaves;
- bunch of dill;
- vinegar and vegetable oil - to taste.

SPLIT herring fillets. In hot water, salt and sugar dissolve. Cool. Put the fish in a glass bowl and pour the brine. Add the bay leaf and chopped dill.
drain the brine and a half hours, add the chopped onion half-rings and fill herring with vinegar and oil. After another half an hour the fish can bring to the table.
